Right to Dream qualify to represent Ghana at the World Robotics Championships The Right to Dream robotics team has achieved a remarkable and unprecedented success in being selected to represent Ghana in the World Robofest Championships in Michigan, USA, in May 2018. This is a result that has never been seen before by a football academy, and an inspiration to girls and boys across the World that education and sport can go hand in hand. Watch the full journey of how they qualified here… The team, consisting of 4 boys and one girl have shown dedication, passion, humility, and perseverance in getting to this stage, and they know that the hardest tests are yet to come. All 5 team members are legitimate members of the RTD elite football academy, but have also found their passion for robotics, and see both football and education as a way of expressing themselves. Fati sees her passion to compete as a student-athlete as a story to provide hope and inspiration to thousands of girls in Africa that are not being given opportunities to pursue their dreams.
